Weekend Rental Policy

All rentals are reserved as full weekend rentals only, unless otherwise stated or offered on the rental page. Pickup is scheduled on Fridays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Returns are required on Mondays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. 

Payment & Deposit Information

Booking Deposit
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not held without a paid booking deposit.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee is required for all rentals. The security deposit is refunded within 24-72 hours after return, pending inspection. 

Final Balance
The remaining balance and security deposit are due 72 hours prior to the event date or at time of receipt (if less than 72 hours from the event date)

Pickup & Return Policy

  • All rentals are DIY pickup & return only, unless otherwise stated or offered on the rental page.

  • Client is responsible for loading, setup, supervision, and timely return.

  • Pickup/Return location will be provided with the booking confirmation.

  • Pickup is scheduled on Fridays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  • Return is required on Mondays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  • Pickup and Return outside of the time windows may not be accommodated.

  • Late Returns may result in additional fees.

Important Notice

Submitting this booking request does not guarantee availability. Your date is only reserved once the booking deposit is paid and the rental agreement is signed.
